When you submit a general contact (question) form, the following data is collected:

  • Message content

Job Offer Form

When you submit a job offer inquiry, the following data is collected:

  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Job title and type (remote / hybrid / on-site)
  • Job description and requirements (if provided)
  • Benefits (if provided)
  • Company name (if provided)
  • Country and city (if not fully remote)

Order Form

When you submit a project order, the following data is collected:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Company name (if provided)
  • Project type and description
  • Existing project URL and details (if applicable)
  • Budget range, deadline, and priority preference
  • How you found this website (if provided)

Submitted form data is temporarily stored in a database pending email verification. Once you confirm your email address, the data is forwarded to the data controller and the submission is marked as verified. Unverified submissions are not processed and will be deleted during periodic maintenance. Note that submission metadata (email address, timestamp, endpoint) may be retained separately in security logs as described below.

Security Logs

For abuse prevention and security purposes, the following technical data is logged on each form submission attempt:

  • IP address (including IPv6 detection)
  • Browser User-Agent
  • Submission endpoint and timestamp
  • Email address submitted in the form
  • Event type (submitted, rate limit hit, bot detection)

This data is used exclusively for security and abuse prevention. It is not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

Error Monitoring

Technical error data (stack traces, browser type, page URL) may be collected by Sentry with PII disabled (SENTRY_SEND_DEFAULT_PII=false). No personally identifiable information is sent.

External Services

Cloudflare Turnstile

Used for bot detection and spam prevention on all forms. When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile may collect technical signals (browser fingerprint, interaction patterns, IP address) to distinguish human users from automated bots. No personally identifiable information is shared with Cloudflare beyond what is technically required for this assessment. Data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. Sentry

Used for real-time error monitoring - data is processed by Functional Software, Inc. Privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy
